The American Family Community Services, Inc.

The American Family Community Services was established to provide an Educational Services and Social Services Counseling with the mission to increase the functioning and self-sufficient of the individuals, families, youth, and adults population from diverse cultural background to the residents of the New York City, and the New York State area.

This organization will include case management program, crisis intervention programs, and other related programs that will enhance the life of individuals, families and communities that attends our programs.

This organization will work together with the communities; will cultivate innovative programs based on research that enable the target population to grow in an educational and social manner. At the same time, this agency will create partnerships, expand exchange, implement, coordinate, support, and evaluate educational and social services programs that will benefit the individuals, families and the communities.

This organization will establish links with government and non-government organizations, to aid in the realization of the agency programs, including private institutions, foundations, and corporations in the local, state, national and international levels.
