Anger Management Classes
Anger Management Program. (face-to-face or virtual) This program is designed for people who are experiencing distress, anxiety, guilt, shame, or are easily irritated causing problems in interacting with others or with someone you loved/loved
If you can't control your anger and this is happening frequently, chances are you're starting to suffer from some sort of psychological signs of anger. If you or someone is going through these problems you should take this AM course which lasts approximately sixteen (16) lessons/ (8) weeks.

Anger is a normal response to loss, guilt, fear, shame, and other negative emotions. Explosive and chronic anger can indicate unstable behaviors regarding past traumatic events in your life.
You may owe it to yourself to peacefully coexist with others and consider how your words and actions affect the people around you. You possibly walk through the world with a constant feeling of hunger and greed. You may be constantly faced with feelings of vulnerability and shame. The above feelings act on your mood like acid. You may be irritable or exhausted from holding your tongue.
Objectives:
-
It is offered to parents, caregivers, and anyone who feels that their anger has caused problems with others, learning how to promote the benefits of personal growth and to understand the thinking and behavior that causes problems in relationships or in raising a child.
-
It will help improve your skills in the following areas: Communication and listening skills; manage your stress, judgment, and impulse control; learning empathy and what causes your emotional distress; how to forgive those who have hurt you, and how to improve self-talk and the ability to perform better.
Redirect your anger to solving problems, not on to people.
